Responsibilities
- Develops and implements overall digital marketing strategy to widen audience reach and raise brand visibility.
- Plans, creates, and deploys online / offline marketing campaigns in Japanese across a variety of digital channels and platforms
- Manages, creates, and publishes webpages in Japanese to optimize awareness.
- Plans the social media calendars, manages, and optimizes social content accounts, output and online ad, and grow social media communities across the digital channels and platforms.
- Sets targets and monitors digital marketing KPIs. Uses Google Analytics and other platforms and software to methodically track, analyze and optimize performance of all communications and channels, making and implementing recommendations to ensure success.
- Increase organization visibility and reputation on social media by recruiting and interacting with celebrities, KOL and influencers to establish partnerships.
- Plans and manages projects within timelines and budget to maximize awareness across all digital channels and platforms.
- Sources and works closely with digital agencies to ensure the digital marketing objectives and strategies are communicated and aligned.
- Works closely with the Teammates and collaborates with other marketing functions for the delivery of comprehensive online marketing campaigns.
- Discovers and keeps abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancements in digital and marketing technologies and adapts to the organization to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
- Ensures work product complies with company policies and procedures, privacy standards and legal requirements

Qualifications
Degree holder in Marketing / Journalism / Communications or related disciplinesMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive or OfficerExperience with Google Analytics, social media analytics and ranking methods also preferred.Knowledge and application of current and evolving trends in digital technologiesAbility to work in a team-based environment with internal and external partners.Demonstrated ability to conceive and write creatively for various audiences from technical information.Strong organization skills and attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results.Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.Knowledge and application of current and evolving trends in relevant discipline.Good command of written Japanese
