Roles & responsibilities)

SMEとして下記の役割を上位者のアドバイスを得ながらも、ほぼ自らの判断に基づいて適切に遂行できる。

QA Plant Support (Quality Investigation) / SME

  • Lead Investigator やExM、sister siteと調査方針を協議・合意すると共に、原因調査、品質面における評価、是正措置・再発予防措置に対する評価の責任を持ち、その評価結果をGMP管理責任者及び製造管理者に説明できる。
  • Lot HOLDの必要性及び解除をGMP管理責任者に進言する。
  • CAPAに向けた提案や交渉及びCAPA効果の評価を行う。
  • Quality CouncilにてMetricや逸脱・是正情報について報告する。
  • MAFFやTechnical Meeting開催のための調整を行うと共に、事前資料及び議事録の作成を行う。

SME以外の品質システムについては、品質保証スペシャリストとして、独力又は必要時に担当SME又は直属長の指導を受けながら実行できる。

Product Release

  • SCM、製造、QCの情報を確認し、期限内に出荷判定を実施する。
  • Complaint

  • MRなどの関連部署に対し、必要な情報収集や適切な情報提供を実施する。
  • SMEに報告する。
  • SMEの指導を受けながら、調査方針を決定し、調査を予定通り実施する。
  • Quality Councilで報告するMetricの算出についてSMEをサポートする。
  • Regulatory Compliance

  • Globalからの要求事項、ガイドライン、ガイダンスを収集し、SMEと共に関連情報を含めて科学的で総合的にするとともに、愛知工場におけるGapを抽出する。
  • Gapに対するアクションプランに対し、進捗確認を行う。
  • Change Control

  • GMP Requirementに照らした評価を行う。
  • Taskの完了まで、適切に変更を完了させるため、進捗確認を行う。
  • Audit & Compliance

  • inspectionを通して、課題の確認と効果的な指導やサポートを行い、GMPレベルの改善に努める。
  • CAPA内容の評価とともに、設定されたCAPAの進捗管理を行う。
  • APQR

  • APQRが作成されることを保証する。
  • APQRの作成スケジュールを管理し、報告書を作成する。
  • APQRから製造プロセス、品質管理上のリスクの有無を上位者に報告し、必要時には担当部署における改善案の策定及び実施を推進し、進捗管理を行う。
  • Transfer project support

  • BMS及び愛知工場としての品質関連要求を明確にし、上位者に報告する。
  • Globalを含むチームと意思疎通を行って適切なプロジェクト完了に貢献する。
  • Required knowledge / skills)

    Range of knowledge / skills / experience required and degree / depth / scope of communication (Inc. language skill) / corroboration.)

  • EG-090以下のメンバーに対し、スキルアップを意識した教育・指導が出来る。
  • EG-090以下のメンバーに対するロールモデルとなる。
  • GMP要件を理解し、SMEとして担当するGMPシステムについては愛知工場従業員に教育・指導することが出来る。
  • SMEとして担当する品質システムについて、常にあるべき姿を追求し、現状の課題を見つけ出し、具体的な改善策を提案し、改善を推進することが出来る。
  • SMEとして担当する品質システムについて、英語によるプレゼンテーションが出来る。

    Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
