Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships.
Excellentmunication skills in both English and Japanese.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Passion for building and maintaining successful partnerships.
