Key Account Manager – Japan
Are you ready to transform construction site productivity in Japan and be part of a fast-growing, high-tech international company? Steelwrist is looking for a driven, forward-thinking Key Account Manager to help accelerate our expansion in the Japanese market.
Steelwrist delivers innovative products that revolutionize excavator performance — most notably tiltrotators, quick couplers, advanced control systems and work tools. Often called a “wrist of steel” for excavators, our tiltrotators boost productivity by 20–50%, depending on the task. As we expand our footprint in Japan, we’re seeking someone who can build strong partnerships, drive sales, and play a key role in strengthening our local presence.
Your Role
As Key Account Manager, you will be a key part of our Japan sales team, focusing on sales growth, customer success, and strategic account development. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to identify new opportunities and provide excellent support to existing customers — both dealers and OEMs.
This role involves regular domestic travel, and occasional travel to our headquarters in Sweden for training and collaboration.
