ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a team of data scientists, data engineers and BI engineers to build and improve D&A products for the DRBU (Direct Reporting Business Units). The Data & Analytics Manager is a key pilar of the digital transformation across the organization. This role is reporting directly to the DRBU Head of Data & Analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Accountable for all data & analytics related activities within the Business Units, acting as a point of contact for both DRBU top team and global D&A teams
• Act as enthusiast for data & analytic ensuring senior business understanding and on board for the insights & foresights and how it can directly chip in to DRBU P&L and business objectives
• Ownership of D&A products, responsible for the product design, development, release, and life cycle management
• Bridging the business objectives of the company with the latest data & analytics capabilities
• Lead the landing of data strategy, ensuring DRBU data governance & standards are in place for all data
• Drive adoption and utilisation of the D&A tools
• Track and manage investment & benefits realization through analytics at a DRBU level, (. business value, solution spend,
• Working with DRBU data consumers . citizen data analyst, activation : Build, maintain and spearhead DRBU D&A roadmap with stakeholders (. Activation team, Insights & Foresights Team, Trade team) Build, maintain & prioritize backlog of use cases and data activities.Resolve impediments in delivery of roadmap by working closely with D&A hub, RSU and solution delivery team. Set, measure and report on D&A critical metrics.Assist DRBU citizen data analyst to deliver insights to the business either directly or with assistance with DBS & D&A team.
