TD SYNNEXTokyo, JapanJob Purpose :
To support the organization to build end to end solution architecture for sales opportunities on the solution domain of Data Center, Security, Data Analytic or Cloud through the provision and application of technical expertise and knowledge across multiple vendors, technologies or industries.
Responsibilities :
Ability to accurately design complex vendor solutions to meet customer requirements.
Provide solution architecture design & lead solution workshop.
Conduct Technical workshop and lead the Company's event presentation.
Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop Solution knowledge to a very high technical level.
Lead the complex and high value tender project and responsible for the overall submitted solution for specified solution domain.
Point of escalation for the technical issue & Subject Matter Expert on the assigned solution domain (Data Centre, Desktop and Cloud, Security, Data Analytic, Document and data management)
Build Solution Blueprint and architecture for supported solution domain.
Perform business planning activities including Quarterly Business planning and Review with vendors and BDM teams.
Involved in Services Cadence Meeting and responsible to drive services’ revenue.
Communicate product, Solutions, software and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
Deal with solution enquiries from internal / external sales and resellers and end users.
Accompany Account / Channel Manager where required in customer meetings to provide technical input.
Mentoring and coaching the presales consultant & system engineer on solution knowledge and day to day activities.
Hold the required level of industry and technical knowledge in technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditations.
Involved and participate in Specialist Business Unit’s business planning.
Solution evaluation for the specified solution domain
Responsible for cross solution initiative.
Accountable to understand the business challenge and map the solution / technology accordingly to customers to mitigate the business pain points during pre-sales.
Ability to ensure adoption of the solution and technology as post sales engagement and capture the business metrics for renewal and upsell.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
Certified and credible on across multiple industry solutions and supported vendors
Strong Technical knowledge on the assigned solution domain. (Data Centre, Desktop and Cloud, Security, Data Analytic, Document and data management)
Possess strong leadership skill and decision-making capability.
Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of project management.
Professional and polished delivery of presentations to C-Level Executive
Strong commercial awareness
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.
Good business skills and able to run professional meetings and business engagements.
IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and result oriented.
Preferably possess TOGAF certification.
Must possess relevant solution domain certification / credibility.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience on the solution domain.
