PMレベル・スタッフレベルに分かれ、興味・能力に合わせてプロジェクトへ配属。顧客の課題を抽出し解決策を導く本質的なコンサルティングを実施し、Manabieの活用を通して顧客の目指すべき姿を実現するとともに、顧客満足度 / ロイヤリティを拡大していく。
