Role : Senior / Business Development Manager - AI Solutions
Location : Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a global, fast-growing AI startup in the education space, with an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities through lead generation, client meetings, and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored product solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Regularly report on pipeline status and business development metrics
Requirements
Degree holder with 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldProficiency in both Japanese and English communication skills (TOEIC score preferred)Proven track record in Software / SaaS B2B sales and delivering client-focused solutionsExcellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills#LI-RK1
