We are seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager to lead strategy and execution for the Japan Pet Health and Farm Animal business. This role will drive improvements in sales operations by developing data-driven segmentation, KPIs, and reporting frameworks in close collaboration with commercial and global stakeholders.

Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of SFE strategy across Japan sales teams
  • Conduct segmentation analysis based on sales performance and potential
  • Set and track key performance indicators such as reach, frequency, and field activity
  • Optimize reporting tools using Veeva and Tableau platforms
  • Collaborate closely with commercial leadership and global SFE teams
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales operations

Profile

  • Background in commercial data analysis and project implementation
  • Experience with CRM tools and BI platforms such as Veeva or Tableau
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Japanese
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to handle change and drive improvement
  • Based in Tokyo, with limited domestic travel
