EPAM is looking for a motivated Solution Architect to make the team stronger. Solution Architects at EPAM analyze the clients business goals for the new product and studies the requirements.

Responsibilities
- Work in stand-alone mode on technical pre-sale activity
- Identify gaps in delivery capabilities and proposes solutions to overcome them
- Conduct meetings and interviews with the clients to clarify requirements and prepare the technical part of the proposal
- Provide guidance on the architecture to the project team as a trainer
- Find and evaluate emerging technologies
- Proactively analyze and measures current processes and practices and suggest / drive improvements to time to market / quality / cost
