Position : Pricing Empowerment Management Manager Location : Bangkok, Pattanakarn Responsibilities :

Ensure margin health through monitoring of various pricing initiatives
Implement the strategies, and tactics as well as generate pricing initiatives to drive growth, working closely with Commercial and Finance
Enforce pricing guardrails in the sales teams
Tracking sales to monitor the performance of each empowerment product
Suggesting special offers and discounts on products.
Conducting one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and survey research to ascertain the viability of items, product-related concerns, and possible gaps in the market.
Performing competitor analyses to ensure that we always stay ahead of the game

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance is strongly preferred, or another relevant field

Minimum 10 years' experience as a retail merchandiser, visual merchandiser or similar including management level

Margin / profitability oriented, problem-solving and able to influence senior key stakeholders

Strong analytical capabilities and well-versed in analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI, MS Excel, etc.)

Good understanding of customer and SKU-level profitability and the impact of pricing on maximizing overall sales and profitability / margin

Diligent, overseeing tracking and review of pricing decision effectiveness

Teaming and collaboration across multiple key stakeholders and functions

Good command of writing and speaking in English
