Country Lead

The Country Director will be responsible for all aspects of operations and revenue for Vistex Japan. As the Country Director your main objectives will be to develop and deploy Vistex’s Japanese strategy, provide strategic guidance and leadership to ensure profitable growth and expansion. This individual will bring a proven track record of executive leadership, excellent communication and analytical skills and a successful record of sustainable performance and the ability to motivate, lead and mentor teams. In addition, the capability to establish and develop valued long-term partnerships will be a key to the success in this role.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of operations for Vistex’s Japan entity including local responsibility for the Sales, Solution Delivery, Finance, HR, and Customer Success functions including profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets.
• Develop and implement the strategy to accelerate Vistex’s business in Japan and achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a multifunctional team responsible for growing our local business.
• Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic customers and partners (e.g., SAP).
• Recruit and manage employees, including performance evaluations, mentoring, and training.
• Conduct market research into trends in the industry and the Japanese market to ensure the competitiveness of Vistex’s solutions and services.
• Work closely with and proactively collaborate with other leadership counterparts to ensure alignment across all functions.
