Annual Salary : 4million and above
Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination : Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders in Japan, the US, and Europe.
- Scheduling & Meeting Management : Arrange and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Documentation & Reporting : Prepare, update, and maintain project-related documents.
- Interpretation & Translation : Support real-time interpretation during meetings and translate project documents (English Japanese).
- Stakeholder Liaison : Act as the bridge between client teams, vendors, and business departments.
- Issue Tracking & Follow-up : Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
PMO Tokyo Job Qualifications :
Fluent in Japanese (Native Level) & Business-level English (spoken & written).Experience as a PMO or in project coordination roles, preferably in an IT or business setting.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with international teams and managing cross-cultural communication.Prior experience in IT-related projects or customer support environments.Female candidates preferred to align with the client’s internal coordination structure.About Company
