Responsibilities - Possess a strong sense for high-quality content and a solid understanding of categories such as beauty, health, emotions, finance, film, and music, while being able to lead initiatives to improve content quality. - Independently plan and execute campaigns aimed at encouraging user-generated content and boosting user engagement through comments and interactions. - Have insight into the Japanese creator industry and be capable of scouting and nurturing creators. - Handle other routine operational tasks as needed.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications - Be sensitive to content trends in Japan and have a thorough understanding of mainstream social media platforms. - Possess strong learning ability, creativity, and communication skills; be flexible in handling tasks, capable of multitasking, and take ownership of responsibilities. - Have business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Chinese. - Have content creation skills using image editing tools such as Canva. - Have work or internship experience in the media industry. - Preference will be given to candidates with successful experience managing accounts on any social media platform.
