Responsibilities :

Internal Communications】

CHO(Chief Happiness Officer)としてのアクション

Happiness Committee (社内イベント委員会の 呼称)の全体リード、意見の取り纏めや委員会の運営・議事録作成等

Family DayやKick offといったイレギュラーイベントに対しても、計画立案から実施までを円滑にオンタイムで行う。(業者との折衝多々あり）

Facilities】

E(Environment)H(Health)S(Safety)全般業務

• Global Sustainable Teamとコミュニケーションを取りながら、専用システムへのCO2等の情報入力・報告
• ISO14001の認証継続監査対応
• Office Relocation / Renovation時の対応
• Global Security Teamとの日常コミュニケーション、Incident発生時のレポート等
• 1度 千葉県柏倉庫への外出あり）
• BCPマニュアルのアップデート
• Global Risk Management Teamへのレポート
