Department Overview
We provide mobile communication services for corporations. We create mobile services for corporations, starting with strategy planning based on market research, and then proceeding through service planning, product planning, communication system development, and supply chain construction. We manage the entire process of delivering these services, which we have devised ourselves, to our customers through marketing, advertising, sales strategy planning and sales promotion, sales channel construction, etc.

Position Details
The successful candidate will be responsible for technical support and implementation support for services ranging from general mobile voice / data lines for corporate customers to corporate products and services that are unique to Rakuten Mobile and a combination of third-party services and corporate services of Rakuten Group companies.
Specifically
Security (MDM, Antivirus App), Groupware (MS365, GWS), BizChat, Web Phonebook, etc.
Mandatory Qualifications :
Or, at least 3 years of experience in implementation system and implementation support related to services
