HR Operations Team Leader - Tech (4 days remote)

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Team Leader for an IT / technology client who are growing quickly.

The HR Operations Team Leader will manage and improve HR functions in the Japan office. You need a strong understanding of Japanese employment laws and experience in HR operations. Fluency in Japanese and English is necessary for working with both local and global teams.

Responsibilities :

• Lead & manage HR team.
• HR system design.
• Oversee HR operations (eg. payroll, labor management, social insurance).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Be the expert on employment practices and legal compliance.
• Conduct audits and prepare HR and payroll reports.
• Manage relationships with vendors like payroll services and benefits providers.
