About this Position
The HRG is responsible for providing all-round HR support to respective HRBP. Including but not limited to annual cycle HR topics, lifecycle management, regular or ad-hoc reporting, supporting business program, organizing or anticipating HR projects. Other agile work assigned.
HRGは、担当のHRBPに対して幅広い人事サポートを提供する役割を担います。 具体的には、年間サイクルの人事関連業務、従業員ライフサイクル管理、定期・臨時のレポート作成、ビジネスプログラムの支援、人事プロジェクトの企画・推進などを含みます(ただしこれらに限定されません)。その他、アジャイルな対応が求められる業務も適宜担当します。
What you´ll do
- Provide all-round HR operational and administrative support to HRBP, including but not limited to talent acquisition
and development, organization change, compensation & benefits, training, labor relations etc.
Interface with people managers on HR operational, system related topics / issues. Handle inquires from business oremployees promptly and effectively. Also, will join business meetings if required.
Support annual cycle HR program deployment such as eligibility check, annual salary round, promotion, talentmanagement cycle etc.
Organize or facilitate training / workshop to employees or line managers.Data Management and reporting : manage HR reporting and data maintenance correctly in FTE movement, attrition,promotion, org effectiveness etc.
Interface with GBS team to ensure the processes or inquires move on smoothly.Need to be familiar with each of processes and do continuous improvement of daily processes.HR Projects : participate in assigned HR Projects.HRBPに対して、採用・人材育成、組織変更、報酬・福利厚生、トレーニング、労務関連などを含む(ただしこれらに限定されない)幅広い人事業務および管理サポートを提供します。FTEの異動、退職、昇格、組織効果などに関する人事データの適切な管理とレポート作成を行います。GBSチームと連携し、各種プロセスや問い合わせが円滑に進行するよう対応します。8. 担当として割り当てられた人事プロジェクトに参画します。What makes you a good fit
