職務内容の詳細Facilitate collaboration between Brand Communication Team and other COE teams and NPE teams Facilitate collaboration between Global Brand Communication and local teams Drive successful Events Run 5-Years Strategy Follow-up on defined next steps - focus Events Contribute to 5-Years Strategy Finetuning 25-29 - focus Events Prepare Beauty Creators Connect 2026 BCC budget planning 2026 + 2025 Budget Tracking Review Country BCC Activation Overviews for 2026 Review Country BCC L17 plans for 2026 Develop relevant and used Brand Communication Tools Run 5-Years Strategy Follow-up on defined next steps - focus Brand Communication Contribute to 5-Years Strategy Finetuning 25-29 - focus Brand Communication Update Brand book, brand videos, CI guideline whenever needed Monitor Brand Communication tools from main competitors in APAC eg Brand health Tracker Global Brand Communication budget Planning 2026 + 2025 Budget Tracking Brand Endorsement Project Contribute to Artwork management success Shoot and deliver New brand endorsement assets as per plan Monitor Brand Endorsement Communication tools from main competitors in APAC eg Brand health Tracker New Brand Endorsement budget Planning 2026 + 2025 Budget Tracking Support Local activation Efficiency Consolidate Country Brand Endorsement Communication Activation Overviews for 2025 5-10 working experience in marketing University graduate or above, overseas experience preferred Strong verbal English / Japanese and written communication skills. Branding experience or NPD experience, FMCG and beauty industry preferred Good communication skills. Team player Large event organization ability preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
