職務内容の詳細Responsibility for the Japanese domestic IBDs Build up and coordinate all domestic DT Swiss dealers Increase and evaluate dealer network ensuring strong brand and product presence in the domestic market Build / maintain a good relationship through regular visit Secure proper product training and Analysis of the respective sales area and provision of advice to the distribution partner Involve / Coordinate dealers into marketing activities Relationship management with the different stakeholders on the side of our dealer partners (buyers, sales representatives, communication and marketing staff as well as the general manager / CEO) Feedback on important ASM functionalities, new distribution approaches, new market entrants, competitor behaviour and demonstration of potential market opportunities Annual sales target planning with DT Swiss Asia Forecast of expected sales for domestic market in regards of relevant product categories and models together with the sales team Track sales performance throughout the year and analyze to identify sales opportunities Report sales numbers to Head of Sales Supporting additional marketing activities Support local marketing event in case Website proofreading College degree and above Well-grounded practical experience in the bicycle industry Well noted Japanese domestic bicycle / components market Experienced in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) ; VBA programming is a plus Fluent in Japanese, English basic level Based in Japan with a high flexibility and willingness to travel Quick comprehension and good joined-up thinking Distinctive conception and coordination skills Passionate about the cycling industry and its products Committed teamplayer Resilient and persistent Responsible and independent An established and motivated team Interesting and varied activities in the innovative bicycle industry Opportunity to continuously develop yourself personally as well as professionally Attractive employment conditions Dynamic working environment
