JOB TITLE : Principal Training / Education Specialist

DEPARTMENT : Endoscopy OU

REPORTING TO : OU Leader

LOCATION : Tokyo

Endoscopy Operating Unitでは日本のトレーニング機能強化のため人員を採用しております。

Main Responsibilities

l トレーニングデザイン

  • OU内の課題、ニーズをヒアリングしトレーニングの優先事項を策定、実施
  • Webセミナー、Webハンズオンの策定、実施

l ラーニングマネジメント

  • OU、Japan T&Eと協働してのCareer ladderに必要なトレーニングコンテンツの整備

    • Key Requirements

    Knowledge / Education：

  • 5年以上お持ちの方（経験内容・スキル重視＞年数）
  • US、APACとの協業有りますが、バーバルレベルに関しては要相談。）

    • Competencies / Language Skills：　コミュニケーション / プレゼンテーションスキル／プロジェクトマネジメント / 自己管理

    Computer Skills : PowerPoint / Word / Excel

    Physical Requirements : 宿泊を伴う国内出張が可能なこと（MICでのトレーニング、各営業所への出張有）
