Providing almost of all user services in Rakuten group offices to promote employees and all user’s engagement and productivity strategically. Also, our mission is to reflect Rakuten culture into the office environment.

Position : Position Details

We are looking for people to take on the role of facility management in the Rakuten Group. The Rakuten Group operates and manages facilities, mainly in the offices of the Rakuten Group in Japan.

Facility Management, Repairs, Environmental Improvement

Maintenance and management of building facilities, repairs, fire and disaster prevention reporting and coordination, planning and construction of plans for environmental improvements in occupied offices.

Physical Security Management Operations

Security card management, security authorization, office security compartment and office security management for all locations.

Work Environment

Our department consists of 40 members in Japan, and each group team consist of 5 to 10 members.

We are now looking for a manager and member class of facilities management.

50% of our team member is coming from FM industry, but other 50% is from other industry.

Mandatory Qualifications :

• At least 3-5 years of working experience of Facilities Management.
• Basic PC skills (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
