Sales Director - Series A SaaS Startup!
Our client are a Property Technology / SaaS provider, searching for a Sales Director. They are experiencing rapid growth and are currently undergoing Series A funding with strong investment backing. You'll lead the sales team and strategies of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities :
- Lead & manage entire sales department.
- Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage pricing for various product lines and work with the Product team on new revenue streams.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (eg. real estate investors and developers).
- Lead customer onboarding and training.
- Represent the company at major events.
Requirements :
8+ years of experience in B2B sales or business developmentExperience in SaaS and / or or real estate in Japan.Experience in launching or scaling products in regional markets, especially in startups or fast-growing companies.People management ability.MUST be fluent in Japanese.Existing networks in Japan's residential real estate market (preferred).Understanding of the APAC real estate market (preferred).
