Description

Responsibilities :

CIS color Process Integration Engineer will use experience with CIS Color process integration, device physics and develop advanced processes, working in close collaboration with process integration, characterization and pixel design and partner fab team.

  • Work with color foundry to develop and optimize CF and ML processes for new product.
  • Work with color foundry to develop phase detection auto focus structure process base on ML technology
  • Perform process simulations and optimization.
  • Work with production engineer for product yield improvement
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions
  • Handle and manage test line and monitor pattern layout

Requirements :

  • 6+ year experience
  • Knowledge of semiconductor lithography process related standards. Direct experience on image sensor color filter, micro lens process will be a plus.
  • Experience in problem solving skill.
  • Experience in lithography mask OPC and layout drawing is very welcome.
  • Proficient in using data analysis software like Excel, JMP, R and Matlab to analyze large data sets, DOE creation, and statistical methods for process data analyzing.
  • Analytical and organizational thinker with good team work.
  • MS in Chemistry, Physics (Optical) or Chemistry Engineering related field.
  • Project management / People management skill and experience is a plus
  • Result oriented and embraced change behaviors
  • Language skills : English and Japanese : Business
