Description

Business Overview

The Marketing Division leads brand, creative,marketing, and membership as a cross-grouporganization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.

We believe that the mobile domain is a platform thatplays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.

Department Overview

Marketing Planning Department is an organization that leads the planning of Rakuten Mobile's plans and product strategies and their implementation.

The mission of the Business Incubation Department is to plan and develop new services and businesses for the next several years, and to establish unique contract acquisition methods through collaboration with external parties.

Position Details

  • Developing new plans

Collecting the latest global information and discovering business opportunities

Designing plans that lead to customer acquisition and unit price improvement.

  • Operation of PoC
  • Collaboration with internal departments such as legal affairs, marketing, and design

    Negotiations with external parties such as business partners and channels Presentation to superior, approval

  • Analysis and reporting of PoC results
  • Analysis of success factors and failure factors, expansion plan

  • Support for other team members
  • Support to “maximize team results” for projects other than those in charge and PoC

  • Other related work
  • Mandatory Qualifications :

  • Over 2 years of working experience
  • Those who have a wide range of knowledge to the extent that they do not have trouble communicating with experts in related fields such as marketing / design / shop management / system development / legal affairs / accounting
  • Business experience in both Japanese and English
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Business development experience, project management experience (more than 3 years), or similar consulting experience
  • Experience in consulting, negotiation with outside parties such as corporate sales, and presentation experience
