Responsibilities
- Manage and expand sales of Non-Yen flow rate products to Japanese financial institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective market coverage.
- Work closely with trading and structuring teams to tailor rate products to client needs.
- Provide market updates and product rmendations to clients in a timely manner.
- Support revenue generation efforts while adhering to regulatory andpliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience :
Minimum 3 years in Non-Yen Rate Sales within an investment banking environment in Japan.Industry Knowledge :
Solid understanding of rate flow products and global markets.Soft Skills :
Client-facing mindset with strongmunication and relationship-building skills.Language Requirements
Japanese : Native level (spoken and written).English : Intermediate to business-level proficiency.Preferred Skills & Qualifications
