Key Responsibilities
Support the Regional Business Strategy
- Support the strategic planning process for sales - collate feedback, synthesize messages, build plans, analyze 3rd party sources (e.g. Coalition data)
- Support tracking of business performance, developing appropriate risk and performance reporting based on stakeholder feedback
Providing Regional Project Expertise
Support APAC sales and client related projectsSupport franchise review and client segmentation exercisesProvide business requirements analysesSupport business, simplification and regulatory change programsCreate, maintain and communicate project plans to regional and global stakeholdersManage New Products processesFeed into business system / process change priority logsParticipate in resource prioritization discussions, proactively representing the region / productIdentify inefficiencies across the Front-to-Back ("FTB") and work with the relevant stakeholders to achieve themSupport Front-To-Back Oversight
Own and drive to closure the resolution of production issues in the FTBBe an active member of regional / local committees / forumsScrutinize direct and attributed costs, driving cost cuts where possibleReview Travel, Client and Gift expenses, ensuring alignment with Global and Regional PoliciesAssist in the development and implementation of regional policies and proceduresEstablish and maintain communication channels between the business and the logistics & control functionsUnderstand, champion and foster a robust compliance environmentMonitor and enforce process best practice within the Front OfficeHelp produce and maintain business process and control mappingsProvide product and process subject matter expertise in risk and control assessmentsRunning Business Administration Processes
Serve as a proxy for the Markets APAC Sales COO as and when requiredMaintain Business Continuity Plans and serve as the business BCP coordinator for the sales teamsOversee and maintain floor plans and coordinate changes when necessaryOwn select approval processes (i.e. floor, system and Market Data access)Produce presentations and run the production of regular business updatesProduce Management Information as and when requiredExhibiting and Promoting Key Behaviours

4+ years of corporate & investment banking business management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Requirements
University degree with a post graduate degree or other professional designation being advantageous8+ years of working within or directly for a Markets businessIntimate knowledge of FICC products and their execution channelsExperience in trading, sales and structuring FTB processes and controls with exposure to APAC regulatory regimesExperience in running multiple concurrent projects and playing various roles within projects (data analyst, BA, PM etc.)Proficient multi-tasker with experience in managing multiple concurrent day-to-day activities and project deliverablesDetail orientated, proactive problem solver with strong numerical, verbal and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA a plus) and PowerPointPosting End Date : 30 Aug 2025
