The Opportunity :
The Fisher Investments Japan (FIJ) Client Service Relationship Manager serves as the main point of contact for Asia-based institutional clients, including Japan, China, and Korea. Reporting to the FIJ general manager you will be tasked with building and maintaining client relationships and coordinating day-to-day client support.
The Day-to-Day :

- Collaborate with FI's US-based investment management and back-office teams to service existing Asia-based institutional clients
- Maintain a thorough familiarity with each assigned client
- Meet minimum service requirements, including traveling to meet with clients, contacting clients and recordingmunication within our internal contact management software
- Work with external and internal parties to orchestrate the sales and service processes within Japan
- Conduct in-person portfolio reviews for institutional clients
- municate portfolio changes, market outlook, investment philosophy and portfolio strategy to clients
- Attend to various client requests
