Position Overview
The Lead SFDC Administrator will design, develop, and support highly visible and highly valued Salesforce and Informatica Cloud technologies, and solutions within the IT Shared Services department. This position will assist in the management of both internal and external users and in the integration of seven different international portals.
This position will work with product owners, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders to help our organization run effectively and efficiently to support business strategies and objectives.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Provide recommendations on implementation to management as appropriate.
- Provide prompt and customer-centric end user support across all Salesforce platforms within specified deadlines.
- Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix issues with S alesforce.com, Informatica Cloud, Apttus, and other vendor managed products.
- Categorize identified issues and collaborate with appropriate teams in order to work on resolution.
- Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity, including executing data load, data migration, and data quality projects.
- Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, permission set, fields, page layouts, etc.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including Salesforce policies and procedures.
- Analyze business process with related to SFDC and drive solution proactively.
- Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with the vendors.
- Foresee and suggest technical changes required for Salesforce and other applications.
- Manage several Salesforce projects and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining tight and ever-changing deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other field related to the essential duties of the position; or high school degree / 4 th level vocational qualification in IT and 4 years of relevant experience related to the essential duties of the position in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.8+ years of software industry experience with administering cloud-based applications using Salesforce and other cloud technologies.8+ years of proficiency in Saleforce.com administration.5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com governor limits to build at scale.5+ years of hands-on experience in performing complex data loads.Strong understanding of Salesforce.com; including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud technical requirements, system configuration, and user requirements.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Knowledge of Japanese language, native or business level Japanese. Business level English.Preferred Qualifications
5+ years working knowledge of implementing international Salesforce experience; including multi- currency and multi-language organization complexities.5+ years of experience in Release Management process.Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.Working knowledge of Agile / SCRUM methodologies.Experience working in a GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, CLIA, GCP, or FDA regulated environment.Experience with Service Now.Understanding of ITIL.Experience in molecular biology, genomics, translational science, and / or personalized medicine.Superior technical communication skills.Tableau experienceKnowledge of other European languages (French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish) .LI-BP1
Employment Term : This role includes a 3-month probationary period during which employment conditions remain unchanged. Employment is on an indefinite-term contract, and a one-month notice period is required for voluntary resignation, in accordance with company policy. Employees may be required to work overtime based on business needs, including occasional holiday and weekend work, with compensation provided per company policy and local labor regulation.
Salary Range :
9,120,000 - ¥13,680,000
The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. Additionally, this role includes either 30 hours of overtime per month or 10 hours of midnight work per month, depending on the position. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
