As part of the APJ sales team, you will serve as an Enterprise BDR —the frontline catalyst for revenue growth in named accounts. Through deep research, strategic outreach, and consultative discovery, you will build a high‑quality pipeline for our Account Directors in Japan.

Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify : Identify, research, and engage C‑suite and VP‑level prospects across the named accounts.
- Outbound Excellence : Run multi‑channel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to create new sales opportunities and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets.
- Account Mapping : Collaborate with Account Directors to build deep account intelligence : organisation charts, current technology stack, pain points, and buying committees.
- Prospect & Qualify : Identify, research, and engage C‑suite and VP‑level prospects across named accounts.
- Outbound Excellence Run multi‑channel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to create new sales opportunities and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets.
- Account Mapping : Build deep account intelligence - organisation charts, current technology stack, pain points, and buying committees.
- Discovery : Lead first‑call discovery call, uncovering pain points, exploring how Recorded Future can add value, and secure a next steps meeting.
- Collaboration : Partner closely with Enterprise Account Directors, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to craft tailored outreach campaigns.
- CRM Hygiene : Maintain flawless data in Salesforce
- Continuous Improvement : Leverage coaching, call reviews, and enablement resources to refine messaging and objection‑handling skills.
